Today was a most amazing Sunday. We had five less actives at church and two investigators.  . We met with the Bishop at 7am, went out in the city to pick up a less active for his first time at church for many years. We attended our regular three hour block. Stan taught the Gospel Principals class today. When we first started coming to this ward, there were four people in the class. Today there were 18 . Stan taught a good lesson on the Holy Ghost. The work is going great. We are so excited !!!  Anyway, after our block, We went to the Chinese branch with our English class student, Judy, and her husband. We also met with our mission president & his wife, and made a couple visits. What a great mission day !
We had the opportunity to drive a zone of missionaries to the temple on Tuesday. That's always a blessing. This Tuesday we will be driving another zone. We get to attend the session with them. Also on Saturday we will be taking a new convert and our sweet friend in a wheelchair to the temple as well.
Our English class is so fun. We learn and laugh and have made wonderful friends. I just love them all. They are trying to teach me some Chinese. Who knows when I come home I might give my talk in Chinese.  Stan plays the piano and we all sing a hymn.  I have sang solos more on this mission than ever in my life. It's pretty funny because I am not a singer. But on a mission you do what you have to do. We like them singing the hymns so they can feel the spirit. It's great.
On Saturday we took the other two office couples with us for an adventure tI Hope.. We planned the schedule and were the tour guides for some of the most beautiful places in Canada. I have included some pictures of the picturesque scenery. They loved the day and so did we. We have made some eternal friends here. It's so good !
I have to tell you about a most interesting lady who came to church today. She
